An AV ® rated litigator (Martindale-Hubbell) and former prosecutor, Michael has been named one of the Best Lawyers in the United States 2008 for both criminal and immigration law. He graduated summa cum laude from University of Arizona College of Law in 1993, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served on the editorial board of the Arizona Law Review. Michael also served as a Phoenix Assistant City Prosecutor 1995-1997 where he completed 56 jury trials.
